Submit a stop service form to turn off
water service.
Residential Service
To stop residential water service, fill out and submit the Residential Stop Service Form or use our online Customer Self Service.
Please allow two business days to process your stop service request.
Commercial Service
To stop water service for a business, fill out the
Commercial Stop Service Form and fax to (702) 258-7165 or mail, or use our online Customer Self Service. Please allow five business days to process your stop service request. Commercial stop requests cannot be processed over the phone.
Deposits and Refunds
The Las Vegas Valley Water District will generate a closing bill and mail it to you within 10 business days after disconnection. If a deposit was paid on the account, we'll apply it to the closing bill. If the deposit is more than your final bill, we'll send you a refund check.
