At the Las Vegas Valley Water District, we try to be sensitive to
the issues that affect our customers. To serve our community and
our customers better, we offer the following services for customers
with special needs:
Assistance for Hearing or
Speech-Impaired Customers
Customers with a technical device for the deaf (TDD) may call (702)
258-3903 to communicate directly with our Customer Services
staff.
Customer Service Representatives are available from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday.
Medical Needs
If you or a member of your household has a critical medical condition
that might be irritated by an interruption in your water service,
please call us at (702) 870-4194 or e-mail
us.
We'll add health-related conditions to your customer
record so we'll be able to notify you in case your service does
require interruption.
