Coyote Springs Water Resources District

The Clark County Board of Commissioners created the Coyote Springs Water Resources District (CSWRD) on Nov. 8, 2006, to provide the necessary water and wastewater services to the Coyote Springs community.

The Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) will operate and maintain all water facilities and the Clark County Water Reclamation District will operate and maintain all wastewater facilities. The LVVWD will serve as the operating agent of the CSWRD and the Clark County Board of Commissioners will serve as its Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees governs the CSWRD and has jurisdiction over all of its affairs. The board has sole responsibility for establishing rates, rules and regulations for the sale and distribution of water to properties within the district.
