Other Service Areas
 Aside from metropolitan Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Valley Water District
also operates and maintains the following service areas:
Most of these system rely on water from groundwater wells.
Groundwater supplies are recharged by rain and melted snow runoff
from neighboring mountains.
Each system is governed by its own board of directors
or trustees, which are made up of all or part of the Clark County
Commissioners.
