We offer the following online options:
- Log
on for monthly billing
Register or log on to make or schedule payments using
a credit card or bank account, or view your bill online.
- Make a one-time payment
Not registered? You can still use your MasterCard, Visa or Discover
card to make a one-time payment. Your bill will not be displayed
with this option.
Already enrolled? We need your help
We have added a "check digit" to your Water District account to improve security and help ensure your payments are processed in a timely manner. For your convenience, we will update your enrollment to include the new check digit. We need your help to ensure this feature is active on your automatic payment account.
Upon receiving your first paper statement in the mail after Nov. 10, 2008, please check to confirm your account enrollment has been updated to match your new 11-digit account number. Your new check digit is the last number of your 11-digit account. |
Before you enroll
Please be sure that we
have your correct telephone number on file. You won't be able to access eBill if we cannot verify
your telephone number with our records.
If you encounter problems signing up or would
like to check the telephone number on file, please call 870-4194 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to speak
with a representative. |

Weekly Maintenance
The eBill system performs weekly maintenance on Saturdays from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, during which time the system may not be available.
